Inspiron 15-5559, Factory Reset not working
My laptop is locked. It only shows the Dell logo. So I tried factory resetting. Did F8 but doesn't work.
Help.

Please provide more information about your computer issue. Can you get to the F8 options or does it not open when you tap the F8 key? What is your current OS installed?

I believe it's Windows 10 and yes I tried f8 option but It didn't work. Like I didn't get any options after i clicked f8 numerous times...
