Install Windows on DELL Inspiron 7520 with clean HDD and lost serial number

Hi!

In 2013, I bought a Dell Inspiron 7520 laptop with preinstalled Windows 8. Don't remember for sure, but maybe I upgraded it to Windows 10. For last years I have been using Linux on the laptop - for this purpose, the entire HDD was reformatted, i.e. the recovery partition is lost. Now, I'd like to install Windows back, but there is no recovery partition and the product key attached as a label on the back of the laptop is not readable anymore, unfortunately. However, there is another label with readable information about "Dell Model / Dell Model No / Country / Color / Dell Service Tag".

What would be the best way to install Windows on the laptop now? Is it possible to use the product key provided by the manufacturer?
