OS Reinstallation required

I got hit by a malware trojan on 24th July 2014 which disabled all my windows pre-installed software. while malwarebytes which quarantined the malware but teh virus penetrated deep, killing my Dell Inspiron N3521 touch screen's ability uninstall anything or even install any application.

Now i want to format my machine but:

1. I dont have a windows license key. it came preloaded with windows 8

2. my windows recovery image is inaccessible and i fear, corrupt

3. while i do have my CD that accompanied my machine, i dont have all teh applications that came pre-loaded with my machine: cyberlink/ power2go etc.

how do i recover all the licenses and software applications when i dont have their keys?
