I Have Dell XPS 13 9333 with pre-installed Windows 8.1, now I want to upgrade to Windows 10, but I can't find the product key.

You can get your product key and other important information about your computer from a website call Belarc.com.

I would recommend using RWEverything to read the product key directly from the BIOS.
