Recovery Cd for my Dell Inspiron 3521 laptop
Kindly advice me how to recover my data which is lost due to Windows 8 load error. After uninstalling Antivirus, the system wont boot and is just showing 'Dell" icon only. All my data is stuck in it. Kindly advice me how I can get a recovery Cd for my laptop as I have not created any back up Cd for my laptop.

Hi fmusaliar,
I would suggest you to get in touch with a local technician and back up the data, then get back to us we will go ahead and help you in restoring the data to factory settings.
You can refresh the system to check if the issue resolves. Switch ON the system and switch OFF the system 3 to 4 times when the Dell logo appears. This will make the system to go into Windows 8 Advanced Startup Options screen. Please select Troubleshoot option and choose the REFRESH option so that it refreshes the windows operating system.
Note: Please don’t use RESET option as you could DATA loss.
