Windows 8 blue screen of death at every reboot
I upgraded to Windows 8 approximately 2 weeks ago and the computer was working for a week. However since Monday, the computer gets a blue screen of death at every reboot. It initially stated something about "service exception" and now gives the "kernel mode" stop code.
Every time the laptop boots, it progresses to a BSOD and then attempt automatic repair and proceeds to either restore or reset itself.
After a reset it works but any reboot including after windows updates results in the cycle of BSOD - BSOD - automatic repair fails - reset.
My XPS 15 was running without any problems on windows 7 before this Windows 8 upgrade.
Is there some compatibility issues between xps and W8?

I had run diagnostics from bios and no hardware problem.
