Windows 8 license refund
In the past, i've bought Asus notebooks mainly because they offer -not so easily- to refunt unaccepted Windows license.
Now i decide to try with Dell notebook and i've just bought an Inspiron 15, where i'll install Ubuntu without accepting any EULA on Windows license.
Anyone know how to ask for license refund ?

You will need to call Dell's Customer Care. Be prepared to hold and to be transferred several times, and you may never find anyone who can help you. Dell does not have a well-established and well-documented way of dealing with this, so most people you will talk to will have no idea. Be patient and polite while they figure out how to refund your $20.

Trying get my refund for Windows 8 came bundled with a laptop. Any one have better guidelines as to want to ask for so the customer service agents understand what needs to be done?
