unable to open dell back up and recovery
hi whenever i open dell backup and recovery its coming like this pls help me .. its happen n when my os updated to w10.....

Explain what model computer, previous OS, version of backup and what "like this" means.
After the upgrade to 10 you might have to download and reinstall the correct version of Dell Backup for win 10. Don't forget that windows 10 comes with a fine backup program you can use. It works better than dell's free version, IMO.
