According to this document:
support.euro.dell.com/.../document
Your laptop model (N5010) will not be officially supported by Dell for Windows 8.

Install Windows 8 likely most things will work without any additional drivers.
Carry out checks in the device manager (Step 12 of A Clean Install of Windows 8) to see if you need any additional drivers. For the Dell Bluetooth 365 card (if you have it) use: http://ftp1.dell.com/folder00865420m/1/.

You will have to install the Windows 7 one in compatability mode then.

Windows 7 Quickset driver works, but my computer does not have a light indicating if the caps lock is on or off and since the quickest driver is built for windows 7, it does not indicate if caps lock is on in windows 8 "metro" apps. This makes is difficult to type passwords, because I don't know if caps lock is on, So if find any drivers for compatible with my system please let me know, and thank you for putting the other drivers online.

Okay the Quickset Revision file I gave you was:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00955635M/11/APP_Quickset_W78_A05_Setup-GMFY2_ZPE.exe
The only other Windows 8 Quickset I can find is:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00813199M/1/APP_Quickset_W78_A04-RW7HJ_ZPE.exe
It may say unsupported system also as Dell tends to lock the Quickset installer.

Try Logitech SetPoint which is meant to give the onscreen indicators but it didn't work for me:

It probably also won't work but here is another Dell Quickset for Windows 8 A06:
