A driver would not install

I'm trying to download a driver analysed by dell system detect thta need to be downloaded :http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=R237653&fileId=2731127023&osCode=&productCode=inspiron-1545&languageCode=en&categoryId=CS

But when I try to install it says does not meet system requirements when its is anaylysed and put on the update list also it says for inspiron 1545 which I have win7 32bit
