Hello:

I can't keep the download of Adobe Flash Drive on my computer - everytime I click

on a game or a video it tells me to install Adobe Flash Drive - I've installed it

maybe 10 times and uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still get the same

message - what's wrong? - I've only had this computer for about 3 weeks - Inspiron

one 2020 w/windows 7 - can you help me? - or can you tell me where I can get help

Hi thunderhorse_49,

I’d suggest that you uninstall the Adobe Flash Player using the uninstaller from Adobe. Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the Adobe flash player.

  1. Exit all browsers and other programs that use Flash.
  2. Click on ‘uninstaller’ and download the uninstaller for Flash Player.

uninstaller

  1. Run the uninstaller.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Click on ‘Installer’ and download the latest adobe flash player below and check for issue resolution.

I had the same issue using Win 7 and the following was the fix.

On IE, Tools, Manage Add-ons, check if Shockwave Flash Object is listed, and if it is enabled?
