BIOS Error

Hi

I have an error message on Vostro 3350 Laptop, and told to ensure I have latest BIOS Drivers. Cannot boot into safe mode and computer hangs when I boot into normal Windows 7.

Look at drivers in Dell using my service tab and given an option of 8 different BIOS Drivers. Would think there is only one recommended driver!

Can anyone give me an idea which is the correct driver and can I install this from external boot.

Alternative can I reinstal the operating system from an external boot?

Appreciate any feed back.

Graeme
