On my LAienware X51, I have BIOS AO3 installed, but I was wondering if I can update it to AO7 and where could I find the update?

Dell Support, Drivers and Downloads HERE. Read all the instructions first. Under Important Information
This BIOS can only be flashed on platform with BIOS version A06. If your platform BIOS version is earlier than A06, please download A06 and update to your platform before using this new BIOS.
