BS Bad_Pool_Caller

I have an XPS 400 which is getting a BS Bad_Pool_Caller with Stop 0x000000C2 (0x00000043. Can ayone please give me some ideas of how to fix this. The system is OEM with Microsoft XP Media 2005 and the only disk I have on hand is a Windows XP PRO. Is it possible to do a XP repair using the XP Pro cd on a Media 2005 installation.

I have read occurances of this type of Stop error have been memory related. However, in my case I replaced the memory with working memory and the same thing happens. Unless dimm 1 slot is bad, at which point I would be looking at a new systm board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Bret
