Can no access recovery mode I do not have the reboot disc for windows 7 pro
Hi there, can you please help me gain access to windows 7 pro program to re format my computer
I dont have the disc or program, i also can access the recovery mode.
i have the product key.

Hi,
Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.
Dell computers come with a utility called Dell Back Up And Recovery, using which our customers can create their own recovery disks. In case if you have not created the recovery disks, you can request the disks from our site or technical support.
Requests are limited to one (1) set of backup discs per system purchased if the system is under warranty. Else there will be a nominal charge depending on your region to get the disks. Please go through the following link for more info and also find the technical support contact details to get the disks:

On the 31st of July 2015 Windows 10 RTM will be released. Microsoft have made it known that all Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 OEM/Retail licenses are eligible for the free upgrade.
On February 2015 Microsoft removed all the Digital River installation .isos for Windows 7 and Windows Vista making Reinstallation of Windows 7 much more difficult.
Microsoft's representative Gabriel Abu has also stated that there will be no cutoff for Windows 10 Insiders from reaching Windows 10 RTM. Therefore I advise installation of Windows 10 Insider so you can use it to jump to Windows 10 RTM:
