Can not access preinstalled software from My Dell Downloads

I have reinstalled my new Dell 17R laptop using a USB drive provided by a Dell technician. However, after installing, I realized that none of the 3rd party software (e.g. Waves MaxxAudio) that came with my computer were installed. I tried to get them from My Dell Downloads but I came up with an error that says Service Tag is not supported. I was using Internet Explorer and installed the ActiveX plugin.
