Can't Boot...Blue Screen!

I can't start my m1210 laptop. Every time I turn it on that awful blue screen comes up. It says PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. On the the bottom it says STOP: 0x00000050 (0x8BB80000, 0x00000000, 0x81136A43, 0x00000000) which I guess is the error. I pressed F8 and tried to put it in safe mode however it always goes back to the blue screen and I cant get into my desktop. (im using another computer) Also, I tried the last known good configuration however it did the same thing and went back to the blue screen. I would appreciate any help. I really need to get into my pc asap. Thanks.

that error is a memory or driver error. Try running the Dell Diagnostics. Press the F12 key when you see the big Dell splash screen. Run the memory tests.

 

It would help to know what OS you are running
