Cannot load profile using windows xp home
This is the message that i get when i added a user to my windows xp home. It only happens to new users that i would like to add... the other existing users are working fine.
User Environment
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Chceck that you are connected to the network or that your network in functioning correctly. If this problem persists contact your network administrator.
Additionally when i go to profiles under my computer----advance tab---user profile settings it shows the 3 profiles that work 1 user 1 administrator and 2 accounts unknows.
Some help please....btw i dont have any network set up and i did download UPHClean-Setup.msi to fix my problem from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=1B286E6D-8912-4E18-B570-42470E2F3582&displaylang=en but it didn't work.

Although none of these describe your problem, they may suggest a way round
