Cinema Colour doesn't work correctly in full screen

Whenever I enter full screen while using Cinema Colour, after around 3 seconds, the settings I applied change. The contrast, colour temperature, and the saturation seem to be changing to a predetermined amount. Regardless of which mode I have it in, it will always change. Is there any way to fix this issue.
