Computer stuck in a loop on Windows screen Dell Desktop Dimension 9150
My computer in stuck in a loop on the starting window screen. I can't go into to safe mode if I try it will go into disk partition. multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\MountMgr.sys. Any suggestion on what to do
