Corel Word Perfect, Office 12

I need to reinstall Corel Word Perfect Office 12. I have the Dell supplied CD-rom and sleeve with (serial) numbers:  DP/N OT7166 and US-OT7166-53590-4BM-5056. Neither of these numbers are acceptable to the Corel Word Perfect serial number entry box that is looking for 7characters-7 characters and 3 characters. I've called Corel and they will only say that it's a Dell issue and will not help. I've called 3 Dell Numbers and spent over an hour with Dell people and gotten absolutely no help.

Can anybody tell me what to do to unlock the Install Wizard on the Corel Word Perfect Office 12 disk so I can reinstall?

Tnx,

I found the answer on the Corel Help site. The official looking numbers on the CD-ROM sleeve are not the serial/key. The serial/key is on a small paper insert in the CD-ROM sleeve and it is printed in the margin of the form in font size of about 2. This little piece of paper looks so insignificant that it would have been easy to have thrown it away. It looks mainly like the warning about not pirating the software. That was the right number and it unlocked the installation wizard.

Hope this helps somebody else.
