Corrupted OS

I recently tried to remove McAfree to load AVG from my desktop with Windows7.  I am now receiving a blue screen with the error 0.000000D1, and cannot laod any drivers beyod safe mode without networking.  Also, the Dell Recovery Disks do not solve the problem and I cannot go to a restore point.  I tried to speak to Dell about receiving my operating disks and they asked, politely, for $249 to speak to me about the issue.  Wondered if anyone had an answer to this issue.  thanks

What system?

When did you buy it?

Where did  you buy it?

What do you mean by "Dell Recovery Disks" that do not work?  What disks?  What did you try?

Are you located in the US?

One more question:

Just so others do not have the same problem, what procedure did you use for removing McAfee?

Dell 560, purchased 07/10, bought through Dell.  I made the two recovery disks that were suggested when I received the computer,  They would not boot the system

went to McAfree and used thier suggested removal tool.  Found out that my winload.exe is the offending and corrupted file
