DELL Dimension XPS T550 Windows 98SE Upgrade to Windows XP

I have previously reformatted my XPS T550 hard drive and reinstalled Windows 98SE.  I had obtained guidnace on doing this from the DELL Knowledge Base.  Following the OS install and subsequent install of drivers from my resource CD, I then upgraded to Windows XP.

It has been several years since I have had any issues, howevr, my computer is in need of another reformatting.  I have misplaced the guidnace documents I had previosuly used.  Are these available or can I be provided some guidance on performing this activity?
