Go to Start>run> type in %temp%> ok.When you see files go to edit choose select all then go to file >delete. It may take you a few trys to delete all because some are in use and cannot be deleted. using disk cleanup will not touch these files on my computer, disk cleanup usually shows there are 0 files in there when there are quite a few.Disk clean up does delete internet temp files effectivly but not windows temp files.
