Dell Backup and Recovery FactorySetup Error 2

I am having problems with installing the latest version of Dell Backup and Recovery software on my laptop (Latitude 3440). Whenever I run the wizard and get to the Update PE Environment setting, it gives me the "factorysetup error 2" message.
