Dell Backup and Recovery Manager cannot proceed
Hello!
The backup usb flash was prepared for Vostro 3750 on Windows 7 using Dell Backup and Recovery Manager. After the booting from this usb flash manager can only proceed using factory image:
The custom image is visible but manager cannot proceed if it is chosen:
- the button is inactive. I would be grateful for the solution.

Images you make must be on external hard drives, not flash drives. The recovery flash drive allows you to boot the computer and then select the external drive with the image. The flash drive doesn't contain the image. Your factory restore image is probably no longer available.

where did you store the custom image? It should be separately stored with the boot USB.

Thank you, Mary G and Ingrid1987! When we tried to make recovery flash on 16 GB drive the message appeared from Backup and Recovery manager that there was not enough space on it. So we used 32 GB drive and now it is only 16 GB of free space on it. The largest file (12 GB) is 'Backup.wim', it is in 'DellBackups' folder. There is also the file 'ResSys.ini' in the root folder. It contains the following:
[03-2017]
ImageIndex=1
Date=13.03.2017
Time=15:58
Location=F:\DellBackups
Filename=Backup.wim
MediaType=HDD
DvdNumber=0
DTG=20170313155821

Dear Mary G and Ingrid1987, seems that copying 'DellBackups' folder to laptop HDD solved the problem! Thank you again for help!
