That is the Intel Management Engine Interface and not a Bluetooth Card. Try to install:

The wireless is working. The only thing that doesn't work is the wireless led but it's not the end of the world.

The bluetooth work also.

Hi, please could you help, I own a 3521 inspiron and can not find wifi , usb , and some other drivers for win 7, 64 bit . but the most important is wifi driver.

I have searched the vendor id database, and the qca9565 was the result. No working drivers out there. There are a lot, but none of them seem to be working.

I search in the support section of Dell and find this page with all the drivers for Windows 8 and 7.

And a trick I found, if the driver propose by Dell is only for Windows 8, just make a search with the name of the device on the dell support section and it will point to an older computer with the same device, but that came with windows 7.

On the webpage press [Ctrl] and [ f ] and type in your hardware id from the device manager.

If its not there provide the hardware ID.

Last month I bought a DELL Inspiron 15R 5537. The problem is that the Bluetooth ON/OFF button is not shown in the PC settings. And due to that I am unable to share files over bluetooth connection.

Some one please help me out.
