Dell Inspiron 15r system restore or factory restore
Hi,
3 days After purchasing new laptop I facing a problem with Windows 8.
Now Windows 8 Os is corrupted, and I am unable to do any thing, After I went to Dell authorized service center @ bangalore. At service center one of the executive told to bring Windows 8 disc. Currently I don't have any disc came with box except utility and driver cd.
Now i need Windows 8 dvd or please help any other ways of factory restore without disc/usb.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this issue. Please provide me with the system Service Tag and the name under which the system is registered, in a private message so that I can check what best I can do for you.
