Dell Inspiron w/ Windows 7 Password Question

Hi,

I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop running Windows 7. I am trying to download software for work that gives me remote access to my daily schedule. However, when I try to connect Dell says it needs to verify my credentials and give a password to continue. The password I use to unlock my computer does not work. I reset the password and it still does not work. Any suggestions or reasons why this is happening? Thank you!

Let us know the following details:

1. Are you able to login to the Windows?
2. Which software are you trying to download?
3. Could you provide a screenshot of the message?

1. Yes I can log onto Windows.

2. Software is called EZ Claim Remote Access Appointment Scheduler

3. The message is : "Your Credentials Did Not Work: The credentials that were used to connect to 75.156.25.258 did not work. Please enter new credentials." Below is my account user name Dan Z and a space to enter a PW.

Please contact the administrator in your office as it seems that he will give you access to the application.
