Dell Pro tablet and OS is dead after the update

Hi,

I bought Dell Windows Pro tablet on just 2 weeks back. On 2 days back I got message for windows update.

So I ran update. After the update I am continuously seeing Donut (Dots rotating in circle). Even I forced restarted. Still I am seeing same issue.

SO I am unable to use this tablet.

Please let me know what I need to do.
