Open 'Programs and features' and locate 'Del Support Center'. In case you find it, right click on it and click on 'uninstall'. Once done, restart the system and install Dell support center from the link: http://dell.to/RS19Iy 

1. Choose the country
2. Click on ‘Download Now’
3. Save the File
4. Right click and choose ‘Run as Administrator’, install the file
5. Restart the computer

Dell Support Center’s auto update has been pushed with a new interface. It is now called My Dell.
