Dell XP SP2 CD -> Slipstream to SP3

Today i was trying to slipstream a Dell XP SP2 CD (from a Dell Optiplex 755) to SP3. The Slipstream process has worked as every time before. But after booting from the slipstreamed media some files are missing (ntkrnlmp.exe Error Code 14).

Is there no way to created a slipstreamed SP3 CD any more? Do I have to order a Original Dell XP SP3 CD?

Slipstreaming is the process of creating a new XP CD with integrated SP3.

There is a known issue about using a Vista system to slipstream XP builds, but no widely reported slipstreaming problems otherwise.

On the other Hand are the missing files on the CD but not the "ntkrnlmp.exe" only all those files in CAB-Format like "ntkrnlmp.ex_".

I believe that when you slipstream software you add updates to an original install CD or file stored on a PC.
