Dell webcam is not detected in My dell Inspiron 14R (N4110, Early 2011)

Hello,

Please help me.

I am in USA as student and I brought my Dell Inspiron 14R (N4110, Early 2011) from India. I purchased it in 2011 so warranty has been expired. I installed window 8.1 couple of days back but webcam is not detected. 

Even not showing in Device manager. Also I am not able to download driver for that here in USA because the product was from India I guess.

Please help me.
