Downgrading a 545mt from vista32 to xp (any)

i bought this computer the start of last month from the online shop,

the amount of incompatable software/hardware, that vista has is starting to get really anoying,

is it possible to downgrade from vista to XP, through Dell, ie, they sendout the discs or have someone come round n set it up,

although i do know how to do it, if it f's up say a week or 2 later, i may get stiffed by customer care,
