Downgrading to XP from Vista
I just purchased an Inspiron 1525 and I don't like Vista. Can I downgrade to XP myself? If so, how?

I just purchased an Inspiron 1525 and I don't like Vista. Can I downgrade to XP myself? If so, how?

Yes you can. You can contact Dell to see how to order the XP Downgrade Disk. Download the drivers from Dell's Drivers and Downloads Support Site, wipe the drive, and thn install XP.
If Dell can't or won't provide the XP disk you would need to purchase one wherever you can find one.
