Driver for Multimedia Audio Controller

Question

I have a Dell 2400 Dimension Desktop with Windows XP. I received the New Hardware message with the asbove Controller. After getting to Device Manager,,,,and Multimedia..., I discovered Drivers are not installed(Code 28). Under details of MAC Properties was this line: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24C5&SUBSYS_01601028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&FD How can I get the right driver, so I can get sound? Free, if possible, and if not, as cheap as possible?

If that doesn't solve the problem you may need to reinstall the chipset driver as well:
