Error Message: TrayApp Error 1706

Question

The TrayApp Error 1706 pops up every time I start my computer and frequently when I open applications. This must be a fairly common problem because while searching for a solution on Google, I found many people looking for a solution for the same problem but no one could offer a solution that worked. Any help to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
