I bought my laptop on July 3, 2009. I am eligible for the upgrade and I have registered for the upgrade, but have yet to receive the e-mail about what to do to get the upgrade. Is anyone having the same problem or know what I can do?

I haven't received anything. My emails are ignored (or I'm referred to the FAQ's) and today I waited 10 minutes on the phone then gave up because I'm in work and don't have time to wait any longer.
To be honest I am getting really annoyed about it!
