GET BACK OF A COPY OF WINDOWS 8 SINGLE LANGUAGE GENUINE
I bought a DELL Inspiron15 3521 laptop with windows 8 single language OS. but during downgrading to windows 7 professional, I lost my genuine OS. Can I get it back from DELL Authorities.

Windows 7 pro Keys are not built into Windows 8 systems.
Non PRO versions of windows 8 Do not have Downgrade Rights.
Windows 8 cannot be obtained from here in NON USA countries.
