Google not shutting down and I have to restore everytime I use it for internet connection or mail. Any ideas on how to solve this? Please note I am not good at IT speak, so English would do.

Google is a search engine, not a browser. Do you mean Chrome? Ask for help at the Chrome support site. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome
