What model PC? What Operating System? We can't give you specific help without this.
However, if you access the Dell downloads by your service tag it should only list the applicable hardware that was in your PC when it was first delivered. www.support.dell.com
Only use the Dell provided driver, not a non-Dell driver. Also, if you did a reinstall you must install the motherboard chipset drivers first.
