How can I stop an attempting install

A box keeps popping up saying installing windows microsoft money 2002.  That is already installed when set up and even an update was installed a year ago.  I have not been attempting another install. I cant remove the existing ones and let it continue to install because it says this new install is in progress, I cant get the new install box to go away! It sits dead center and I cant move it or get rid of it.  What do I do?

IF the POP-UP also creates a Taskbar Tab you could use the Task Manager by pressing  Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys together , then select
"Applications" tab   & see if it shows the Task running.
If so Right Click on the Task & select "Go To Process" , this will then show the name of the Program running.
You could then use Search Advanced (1st 3 boxes ticked) for the   program      name.

Press ok

Click on the startup tab (On the window which appears which reads system configuration Utility)

And uncheck ms money there
