How's about to modify Dell's Vista media?
I intend to use a software like PowerISO to make an image of Dell Vista Installation Media and modify it by nLite such as integrating Service Pack 1, Internet Explorer 8, drivers ... After that, I will write the modified Vista image on a DVD dis and reinstall it. Anyone can tell me whether this work will cause any problems or not and whether the new modified DVD can work or not?

If you "slipstream" SP1 and I.E.8 into the OS and make a new DVD it should work OK. There are many posts of doing that in the past with Dell Windows XP installation discs and there were no problems.
