I need to Dual Boot Windows 8 and 7

I  just picked up a Dell 2300 All In One. It comes with Windows 8. I need to use Windows 7 because my VPN for work does not support 8.   I am going to use 8 all the time, and 7 just a few random times to work from home.  What do I need to do to get this to work?
