IE7 Subscribe Feature Not Working

Good evening,

I have used the feed feature in IE7 over the past 2 years to subscribe to many of my favorite sites.  However, recently I have not be able to do this.

When I am at a site I wish to subscribe to, I either click the orange subscribe icon or RSS.  I am then directed to the subscribe page and the subscribe window opens.  When I click subscribe, I either get an error or I am directed to a page that reads "IE cannot display this page".  I have attempted this on numerous websites with the same results.  I have also deleted the cookies and temporary files, but still I am unable to subscribe.  I also attempted to subscribe to this forum but was directed to "IE7 cannot display this page".

Can someone help me with this problem?
