Invalid System Disk
I made a startup disk using the Add/Remove Programs and then going to create startup disk. I tried to start the computer with it, but it said "Invalid System Disk." Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this? I am trying to format c drive.

Try a new previously unused diskette and see if that works.

There may be a problem with your floppy disk drive or floppy disk controller. Can you read other floppy disks?

Ty Steve,
It is working now. I just have one more question. After I format... is internet explorer already on the Win ME cd... or do I need to get it from somewhere else?

An older version of Internet Explorer is on the Windows ME CD. If you want the latest version, you will have to go the Windows update site, download and install Internet Explorer 6 and then get all of the security updates.
