KB832565 - anyone got the hotfix?

MS won't give me FOC support on this because I have an OEM product ID. We can't rollout SP2 yet. Anyone who has KB832565 patch would be the solver of a big problem for me!

I misremembered the KB - it's actually 832585.

SP2 has a similar issue which seems to be linked to MS04-022.

We obtained the fix for kb884573 which also works on SP1 from Microsoft, but only after my co-worker was given the runaround by MS for approx 40 mins.

a search in MS on 832585 gives no result, are you sure its that number ?
