I don't know what McAfee's policy is regarding OEM installations of VirusScan. Norton allows users to purchase an annual subscription of updates to an OEM version. If McAfee does the same, your cost would be $39.90 (according to
this which is less than the cost of VirusScan Professional ($59.99 for download, $69.99 for packaged version).
Thanks for the reply, I probably will purchase the pro 8.0 because is comes with a year subscription and is allow coverage for 2 units. The price for 2 units to subscribe with the default Mcaffe is 2@29.95 a year.
If the annual subscription for pro8.0 is reasonable. It might be my best solution, I'll call McAffe on Monday,
