Musicmatch Jukebox 10 Plus

I recently had to reinstall Win XP home serv pack 2 on my XPS laptop. I forgot to write down my preinstalled musicmatch plus key. I de-partioned the hard drive, just the c: drive part not their other partions, repartioned and reinstalled the OS. When I originally purchased the system about a year ago I puchased the option of Dell Jukebox Premium - Jukebox PLUS w/lifetime upgrades to future versions. I didn't recieve a cd with music match on it nor did I get the key written down anywhere on my order info or the info that came with the computer. If it is somewhere on these forms and papers let me know. I downloaded musicmatch from the Musicmatch website and it asks me for the registration key. Problem is since I didn't write it down I don't know it. After much time spent on the phone and in "chat" with dell technical, I still don't have the key. The best they could do was have me email Muicmatch with my info and what has happened. I think this is silly I purchased the registration/upgrade key through Dell. Why do they not have it in my file? I doubt Musicmatch will be of anyhelp if they even get back to me at all. Tech support has been nice but is a joke since they obviously have no clue what I talking about when I try to walk them through my problem. I understand them through their accents and such(which is a different subject. I was told the call center for XPS was exclusively in America one of the reasons I bought a XPS) but I am tolerant and try to help them understand. Unfortuantely I am out of patience. I need to know this key that I paid for. I even had a rep try to sell me software support instead for helping me find the key I ALREADY PAID FOR. I have called the XPS hotline many times and gotten nothing they don't even know what I'm talking about. Please help me.

Kensmith80,

When I purchased the lifetime upgrades option I received a confirmation email from MusicMatch customer support which contained my "enable key." I made my purchase directly from MusicMatch. If you purchased through Dell I can't offer any suggestion except that MusicMatch may have your email address on file in which case they will be able to provide you with a copy of the registration number.

Go to this location and complete the required fields. Musicmatch may have the information on file.

Thanks for the replies. I purchased the key through dell. I have already gone to the website that was given about lost keys and filled out the whole form. I filled out the 2nd longer form you get after the webpage tell you it doesn't find an account associated with that email address. I actually went to this page and filled it out before all the man hours with Dell. I still haven't heard from Musicmatch yet and doubt that I will given all the thing I've heard and read about Musicmatch lately.
Thanks again anything else would be appreciated.

Here is the answer to my question. If you ever lose your registration/upgrade key to Musicmatch, you need to email supportdell@musicmatch.com with your name and service tag. They replied to me with-in 24 hours.
