My Dell Downloads web page errors out
I recently had to perform a factory restore of my Dell Studio XPS system. When I attempt to access My Dell Downloads, either nothing happens (Firefox 31.0) or I get an error "Page cannot be displayed" (IE 11).
My system is out of warranty, but I see nothing in the documentation that says I still can't access My Downloads.

Try registering again or logging in with the username and password you used previously while attempting to register, this service was broken the last 2 weeks. I've been told by one of my Dell contacts its now fixed.

It's broken again, at least for customers of Dell Japan.
